We managed to sit through 45 minutes and that was 45 minutes too long. It was dire. That's the first time I've walked out of a film for years.

It would have been fine if the actors weren't speaking in Shakespearian English throughout. It didn't work and took me completely out of the film.

Here here, we managed an hour and then gave up, never before have I exited early but even the beautiful Gerrard Butler couldnt keep me in my seat. Ranulph was acting with a passion, shame about the lack of storyline and the Shakespearian throughout. 1/10 and thats cos it had Gerrard in it!

I saw some extended clips at Empire Big Screen and that 10 minutes of footage nearly put me to sleep, which was enough to put off me watching the film in its entirety. I'm not surprised to hear there were walk outs.

I managed to sit through it all and have to admit that I'm glad I did.

I wouldn't see it again though.

Numerous people left our screening.
