I've obviously watched far too many films, as most of the above have been watched by yours truly. I think we lead such busy lives, trying to keep up with all the new ones, that sometimes the older ones slip by.
Some films do not stay long in the cinema. They disappear in a matter of weeks. We had wanted to see the Hurt Locker. I think it was on General release up here for about a fortnight! So we missed it. Coco before Chanel also had a brief outing, before being whisked away. I keep playing catch-up with these films, and I expect a few of you do too.
However, thank goodness for DVDs, friends who may own different films (and are willing to lend them), and Sky Films package. I was on the verge of dismissing the film package - it is costly if you are not watching them - but since joining FMUK, I find myself looking at the films more than ever before. Luckily I don't eat chocolate covered popcorn every time! :D

It's a bit sad, as I was never taken to films as a child. I'm trying really hard to catch up with things now, but the real famous films I haven't seen include:

The Godfather
Star Wars
Citizen Kane
It's a Wonderful Life
Taxi Driver
Raging Bull

There's just not enough time to see, read and do everything I want on a daily basis.
Perhaps I'll have to watch all these classics in FFWD x4!

Hmm, if you watched Its a Wonderful Life in FFWS x4, James Stewart might sound like he's talking at normal speed...not a bad idea...
