Wow thanks for all that, moviemann some great tips there. Thankfully the sickness has stopped, just trying to get back to normal eating now. On the bright side, I've lost a stone in weight since Wednesday night! Not the best way to lose weight, but who cares!!

Could do with losing a stone myself...How do you catch this marvellous norovirus?? Just kidding...i hope you feel better soon ClareBarr!

Omg that is a heck of a lot of weight in such a short space of time I would get to the pharmacy asap as you will have lost lots of electrolites so need replacing otherwise you will become so poorly. I know that I'm going on a bit but its only because I care.

Glad to hear you're getting better . On the diet side I struggle too but a sneaky trick that's helped me was to use smaller plates and bowls.

How rubbish of them ! Whatever happens make sure you get your renal function checked to ensure that isn't accounting for your lethargy and lassitude; oh look, I remembered my alliteration pills today!

Can't you get one of their emergency appointments? Surely you are an urgent case considering your dramatic weight loss and what you have been suffering these past few days. Hope to hear good news soon.

I asked for an emergency appointment - I was told they've all gone for today. To be honest, I'm not as annoyed as I could be - the fact it's so cold & snowy out there, I feel like I've had this since Wednesday & another days wait won't make much difference. Am staying indoors (again) today, wrapping up warm. Probably the best place for me at the moment.

Can't you get an appointmenet for tomorrow now? What's the point of making you call back tomorrow and all appointments might be gone again?
