SFF KEEPS GIVING ME TICKETS FOR WRONG LOCATIONS :(

I never got a reply for The Town and just to make it worse, I didn't manage to get tickets for the new dates. So annoying, to think you've got tickets, find they are wrong, then find you are unable to book the right ones

why did I not read this thread before. Fell victim to this today got Enfield tickets which I had to send back

How to make sure you get the tickets you want:

You have to tick ABOVE the location you want, not below. If you forget this simple rule, orientate yourself on the FIRST location (the one on top, usually Aberdeen or something), it will set the tone for all the others.

Example:
Tick here Date & time 12/09/10 11:00
Location Aberdeen Belmont, Picturehouse
Tickets Available

Is it just me or are others finding it difficult to use? I usually print off my ticket prior to leaving for cinema (stops it getting lost!) so imagine my surprise to discover I am booked in to see Winter's Bone this morning in Notting Hill when I live in Edinburgh! I have now realised that I must have clicked on the wrong buttion when booking. At the time it looked like I clicked the appropriate button but now I see it was the one above. Luckily the Cameo cinema let me in anyway. I'd have been especially livid as I had gone out and b*ght the Guardian especially - and even this was not needed.
I can see now that the new website is needing fixed. It is impossible to know which button refers to which cinema, and would so easily be fixed with some extra lines to help differentiate. Showfilmfirst take note please.

Thanks! I did a search for Showfilmfirst, but never saw SFF! ;-)
Lesson learned, but hope they improve things soon. I just hope that other films I've booked are not same. I'm not sure I dare to look. Lol.
Worth noting though if you do discover this last minute is worth trying to use wrong ticket at cinema, unless you will be travelling far. They may let you in )or not even notice!). I would feel bad though if I then deprived someone else of a seat, but I know that it is rare for a screening to be full. I think if it was I be tempted to surrender my seat for someone else.

Unbelievable. I got a reminder for a screening of The Town tomorrow at Wolverhampton. I got those tickets in error weeks ago and immediately icantgo'd them. Seems the cancellation system isn't working at all. And they have the CHEEK to complain about people swapping tickets! It looks to me it is the only thing you can do with these if you aren't able to use them! Someone seriously needs to knock those guys into shape, it's a disgrace.
