Gosh, I don't know why this happens to you.
Try opening up a new account altogether with a different email address and rebooking and see if it still continues. Alternatively, you may have to put up a wanted request if all the tickets are gone.

It's not just me then? I was convinced I'd clicked Edinburgh but when it printed it was someplace I'd never heard of so guessing it was a London Borough?!!

Someone I know said they had booked Sheffield and turned out to be Whiteleys... That's worrying. Is it correct when it comes up on the screen when you book? I usually print it then just to make sure I have it.

Re: SFF KEEPS GIVING ME TICKETS FOR WRONG LOCATIONS :(
I got the wrong location on showfilmfirst for The Hole, I was sure I clicked the Manchester location and finished up with Gateshead. I can remember if it was correct when I booked as I don't have a printer connected to my laptop I usually forwadr the confirmation email to work and print.
Now I am seeing others having the same happen I find it strange all of a sudden we are all clicking the wrong location. I wonder if there is a problem their end. I only realised I had clicked the wrong location when I went to print the email I sent to work on Tuesday and by the time I realised all the Manchester ones had long gone.
Is it worth emailing to see if they can change it, has anyone tried this?

Re: SFF KEEPS GIVING ME TICKETS FOR WRONG LOCATIONS :(
I find its rather easy to select the wrong screening, I nearly did it myself. It seems that the correct place to select is just above the location, not below it which is physically closer to the actual address.

I agree my 2 friends booked tickets to see the Hole in Manchester and low and behold they have got Gateshead, a_person booked my ticket for me luckily she is more on the ball so I do have Manchester tickets for me but I think I would have clicked on the wrong one.steve9872 wrote:I find its rather easy to select the wrong screening, I nearly did it myself.
