yes you should move to london! but hey it means you probably have more time doing other nice things, walking in the park, enjoying the indian summer...

Yes, I was joking. But when I'm older, I wouldn't mind retiring to a house somewhere to the west, overlooking the Thames.

That will cost you alot of money! Start saving up now! Narrow Street is beautiful and serene for overlooking the Thames.... and bloody expensive! :D

1) Cineworld: West India Quays or Greenwich, 02, Vue Westfield - Stratford City or Picturehouse Stratford
2) Picturehouse Greenwich
3) Any central London cinema including Islington (excluding Shepherd's Bush, and Whiteleys unless it's some super duper cool film)
4) Odeon Greenwich or Odeon Surrey Quays

I was thinking more along the lines of places I see when walking: Richmond, Kingston, Molesey...

Isn't Narrow Street east?

I vote Richmond. Gorgeous, lots to do, there's a theatre, good transport links. I'd move there if I could (don't fancy the longer commute though).

Yes, I couldn't do the commute at present. But when I'm an old(er) person... there are some really lovely town houses at East Molesey, right on the river, opposite Hampton Court. But Richmond is lovely, too: shops, park, 3 cinemas, 2 theatres, and Kingston is very functional. Sigh...
