As long as it has different bar codes that should be fine.

Preference of cinemas:- 1. Glasgow Renfield Street Cineworld, 2. Glasgow Showcase, 3. Braehead Odeon, 4. Vue Fort, 5 Glasgow Springfield Quay, 5. any other cinema in Glasgow area including Hamilton
Also Falkirk, Dunfermline and Stirling but these are rarely used for free previews.

I have yet to encounter the film rep who actually looks at bar codes.

It turns out the bar code is used for the free parking at 02 - found this out on Saturday, first time we made use of it!

The bar code is part of the information the reps input into their computer when they complete their paperwork for Sky.
It also has to be done by a certain time which means they can't always stay to watch the film.

but I've been to so many screenings where they don't even take the ticket off you. Iwonder if they actually do anything with them at all?

As someone that often works at screenings, I know that each one is completely individual. We get told different rules for each one, some are full search and confiscation, others encourage you to tweet/facebook about the event. Then the staff alone are individuals, when one is stern faced and snappy another can be soft and welcoming. Each one is a completely different event no matter what promotor or company it is.

I stated exactly what Sky reps have told me. Why would I bother to make this up?

I think valda was just making a statement. I have had sky reps that don't even look at your tickets and waved you through, others make a tear, and others, if you need parking, give it back. As Andie says every rep is different.

Neither my Sky ticket for We b*ght a Zoo yesterday nor my SFF ticket for Wild Bill tonight was taken by an usher. Just making an observation.
