In good news, my weight continues to gradually decline. In bad news, I only did my leg in again yesterday! I stumbled (I swear the ground was even) and had a soaring pain in my knee and what is apparently my quad muscle. I didn't realise I had muscles to damage. My lovely physio managed to fit me in for a same day appt first thing after work. It's the most amount of pain I've been in since spraining my ankle, but apparently it's not that serious. Better do those leg exercises he showed me... Suffice to say, my next appt is unlikely to be my last now, I'm going to need another referral for more treatment.
Starting to feel utterly past it.
At least the diet continues. I'm logging what I eat every day - not quite managing to get daily weigh ins due to moving issue (I'm essentially living in two places at the moment and only have one set of scales) but I'm staying accountable. If my leg is well and truly knackered, I know I have to really watch what I eat because I can't compensate with exercise.
Your menus sounds really good, Preston and Diane. I am tempted to b*y a blender for my new kitchen, milkshakes sound like an easy way of getting more fruit into my diet.
