Its certainly not a turkey, but it lacks in acting and script, yet its still got some good gags (and bad ones too!).
Its not a carbon copy of the first either, which is what a lot of people were saying, but yes the plot is similar to a degree, or it wouldnt be a hangover movie. The grossout factor is maxxed out for this sequel, and you are left wondering if how they can come up with even grosser situations for the next sequel. Mr Chow makes good use of his screen time, hes probably the most fun character in the movie.
Its not as good as the first but its fun enough in fits and starts, and the slower parts of the movie certainly keep your attention. It has more gags than plenty of other supposed comedies this year (eg Your Highness) even if its not a class act itself. 7/10
and Mr Gambiatta is putting on the pounds, goodness!
