smilies in posts

Hey everyone, am useless at all this...but ive worked out how to add smilies to my outllok email at work and think they are great. how do i put my own smilies in my posts here??

You have to copy the image location (web address) and put it inside the img bbcode here. If there's no image location, you'd need to save the image to your hard-drive, and upload it somewhere like photobucket...
Or maybe there's a site somewhere that hosts outlook smilies....
