Is it any worse than staying on in the cinema in the olden days where films looped and you saw the main feature followed by a B-feature/documentary. It was possible and even common to stay and watch something several times over.

Funnily enough I heard some people talking about this recently, saying that "in the old days" you thought nothing of coming in half way through a film and then watched the main film and then watched then start of the B movie which you had missed! The cinemas never seemed to actually empty . . . . "Wonder what they did about cleaning or were they not as dirty then?"

I watched 101 dalmations 3 times before I couldn't stand it anymore, Lady and the tramp 2 times, never ever asked to leave in those days either.

cinemas weren't as litter ridden either as we were taught to clean up after ourselves both at home and in school. Teachers should be more aware of this these days

I have not jumped a screening yet, but have checked times and potential screens but never jumped ship per se, although Perfect sense came the closest

Nope. Given my job, being caught doing something like that would make me lose it! Not worth losing a job over a £7 cinema ticket!

Is it any different if you have pa*d for a ticket, but realise that you don't like the movie you are watching and decide to try an alternative? Less like stealing from cinema as they have taken your money.
