virgin cinema tickets - problems retrieving tickets

Hi all can anyone help. i have tickets for tonight - american pie reunion,
but cant find the log in page to retrieve me tickets, or the email confirmation.

can anyone send me a link to the log in page please? as there isnt one on the website?
possibly from your own email confirmation??

You have to use the link in the email confirmation or reminder. If you have neither, you don't have tickets! You're supposed to print them out straight away - nobody in their right mind will give you the link to their ticket.

There is a problem with the link in the reminder email. You fix it by changing media-promotions2.com to vm-moviesfirst.com

does clicking on the link in the email, not take you to a log in page, wher i can log in with my own details???

The link works on the confirmation email, does not work on the reminder email. It takes you to your e-ticket.

It doesn't work that way. The only way to access the booking page is via the, now closed, web page. If you use the confirmation email to access the site you are not logged in and trying to do so takes you back to the closed login page.
