Please check your email inbox (or junk/spam) for your login details

If you haven't received this email, this is a workaround that allows you to generate a new password:

[*] Make a note of your forum username and log out
[*] On the forum, click login, then "I forgot my password"
[*] You should then receive an email at the address associated with your social network account (If not, please email me - aybg [at] fmuk.org.uk)
[*] This will contain a link to activate the included generated password. Follow the link.
[*] You'll now be able to log in with your existing forum username and the new password

Then, to change your username:

[*] While logged in, click "User Control Panel" at the top right of the forum
[*] Click Profile, then Edit Account Settings
[*] You should be able to change your username, email address and password here, at the bottom entering the password emailed to you
