o2 concert tickets presale

Does anyone know how it works? Is it possible to get an o2 customer to get a code on their phone, and then i book tickets in my name? Our is the code linked to their account?

Previously you had to register on the 02 priority website by getting a code sent to you phone, you only had to do this once then your account was set up. Once logged in it would transfer you to the priority area of the booking site such as Ticketmaster where you can normally change the name on tickets as you book.

I've not done this for a while, but had no issue apart from tickets going superfast and not always the best seats are released in fact sometimes they are awful, i.e.top of L4 at the O2.
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

I agree, the seats always go so fast and the last tickets I got off them, were on the back row of the o2! Gonna save myself for the general sale in future... Better value for money methinks o/

Sometime the bands do presale too. Check out their website.
I've got right at the front before for various bands.
But I agree the O2 presale normally is quite bad seats.
