Can't wait for the next Edgar Wright flick, I'm hoping he can whip Pegg and Frost back to the old days again.

My fingers are crossed too.

Loved "shaun of the dead" immediately, but "hot fuzz" took quite a few repeat viewings on dvd before i began to love it.

Perhaps it is just a bad trailer for a good film ?

Heaven knows I have seen enough fantastic trailers for terrible films !

I'm looking forward to it. I love the team, and seeing Paddy Considine in something fun is always good!

Oops!!!

Think I may have got this http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1245492/ confused with this… http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1213663/

Oh well, we shall see how good it is….

Will have to wait for the next Pegg/Frost outing... Can't be worse than 'Paul'

Loved the first two. Didn't love this one as much but still loved it.

But to be fair in my opinion Martin Freeman can do no wrong. :P

I saw this yesterday as it fitted into the pre-matinee gap (though I really wanted to see Wadjda, which didn't) and it was OK, though the whole multiplex was amazingly quiet; I thought this would have been more popular.

It was OK, given that I'm not in the target audience (probably helps if you are male and have been on pub crawls), but a bit self-indulgent and could, imo, have benefited from being somewhat shorter, as I felt it started to outstay its welcome towards the end and I was looking at my watch.

This put a ridiculous grin on my face. I loved the 3-minute opening sequence and laughed almost all the way to the closing credits. The cast is superb and some of the script pretty hilarious.

Not sure about the entire story though, it looked like they started with a really fun idea and never really knew where they where heading, hence the ending felt both overlong and rushed at the same time (odd, right!?).

7/10

(I saw it at an early afternoon screening on release day and I have never seen that many people sitting through the credits for a non-Marvel flick!)
My 2014 Unlimited Films: 11/100
