EE/Orange Mobile Issues

Is anyone else on EE/Orange and having problems with their signal and/or data plan?

I woke up this morning to my phone telling me I have no SIM card/service. I can't even call customer services to try and sort it out so had to email them.

Also I've apparently gone over my data limit by nearly 400MB! Strange since I haven't used it anymore than usual this month and I never go even close to my limit.

I had the same, over xmas i apparently used up all my data, when i dont use it. I also apparently sent....wait for it....88 picture messages.
When I always send them via wifi and through viber and whatsapp, not messaging. And even then, there were only 6, i counted. And no, they wouldn't refund me, despite already p*ying £35 pm contract.

I called at the beginning of the month, saying I couldnt access my data, despite my account showing my allowance is full this time. He talked me through a way to fix it, and it worked for about an hour and a half, come the morning, couldnt access anything again.
Used the same process he talked me through, guess what, it wont work.
Im in the middle of trying to get through their customer service now as i need my data for GPS tomorrow^^
