5 Free tickets from pearl and dean for survey
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
http://business.pearlanddean.com/sur...sletterad.html
Tell us what you think about Cinema at Christmas and receive 5 free cinema tickets!
With the festive season fast approaching, we would like to find out a bit more about what place Cinema holds for you during Christmas time: i.e. Are there any particular Christmas films you are particularly looking forward to? What does it mean to you to go to the Cinema at Christmas compared to other times of the year? Etc...
To answer these questions, we are running an online chat session on the internet on Monday 7th December at 18:30. We would really love it if you could take part. This session will be very informal and will take place on an online forum to which you will be given log-in details. This means you will need access to a computer with internet access to take part.
All participants will receive 5 free cinema tickets (to be used in Vue cinemas) to say thank you for your time!
What do I need to do to take part?
If you want to take part, all you need to do is send an e-mail to research@pearlanddean.com and confirm you can attend next Monday 7th December at 18:30 (Remember you will need internet access to take part!).
In your response, please also state:
· Your full name
· Your age
· Your job
· Your living situation: single, married/living together, do you have any children?
· What film are you most looking forward to seeing at Christmas?
As soon as you give us this information we will be in touch to let you know whether your application has been successful, and will give you log in details for the online forum and more information.

Re: 5 vue tickets from pearl and dean
Many thanks for posting this helcat - it has already been posted on Friday on the Competitions board by biggins: http://www.fmuk.org.uk/forum/viewtopic. ... ean#p20818
Not strictly a competition but since it wasn't the first "so many people," it's probably the best place to put it as it is somewhat a competition on whether you are selected to participate or not.
Also, the reason why your other posts were moved was because they weren't freebies - it involved a form of payment. The free films board on FMUK is strict on it being absolutely free. We have the Bargain Board or Regional Boards for other Cinema Deals (especially if it involves payment).
If you are ever unsure, you can PM any of the moderators (particularly Phunkygal, AYBG or Beate) and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help you. :)

Re: 5 vue tickets from pearl and dean
Thanks for replying to this a_person. I was unsure where to post it on Friday but as it was not a "freebie" and only so many will be selected I thought it should go on the competitions. Wonder if many on this forum will be lucky.

Re: 5 vue tickets from pearl and dean
This has actually been posted by phunkygal before under generic tickets competition, they just do the same kind of research regularly. It's not an online survey but more an online focus group discussion. My friend was lucky enough to take part once and managed to get 5 vue tickets.

So how do they select who participates?
Biggins, I would have put it there too and from what sh has said that's pg's suggested place too. Lets hope we are all lucky!

Re: 5 vue tickets from pearl and dean
They look for certain profiles as in other marketing focus groups, so age, race, earnings etc...

Re: 5 vue tickets from pearl and dean
Just got an email from pearl and dean, saying they are full now, but they will be sending out an online survey in Jan with a prize draw for free cinema tickets.

Yeh same here...

Hi,
Thanks very much for getting in touch to take part in the Movietalk online discussion about Cinema at Christmas.
Unfortunately this session is now fully booked, so we will not be requiring your presence. We are sorry you were not able to attend on this particular occasion, but there will be more opportunities to take part in the future.
Please note that we will be sending out an online survey just after Christmas in early January on this same subject, so will still be able to voice your views about Cinema at Christmas time and tell is what you thought of the films you saw over the festive season. For that particular survey we will run a prize draw with more free cinema tickets up for grabs, so watch this space!
Thank you very much for getting in touch again,
The Movietalk team
