Well that article also says that the previous holder of lowest score was 'Wolf Creek', which is hardly the worst film ever made. It's reviews on Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic have it at about 46%, which is pretty bad but not exactly 'worst film ever' material. Some people seem to like it so I'll reserve judgement for now.

Maybe it's going to be a case of good concept, bad execution? I had high hopes for the idea.

It's starting to sound like they've taken a well-established story and decent concept and yet somehow managed to polish it into a gleaming turd - and that takes quite some skill!

If the studio thinks that the film is a real stinker like the yahoo article is suggesting then you can be pretty much guaranteed that they won't let it anywhere near the public before its release date!

Don't tell me that all the good scenes are in the trailer and this film is a no hoper.

I've only seen one decent review so far (from "The AV Club" - who are usually fairly reliable) but even in their 'good' review they still felt the need to point out that there were a lot of things that weren't right or didn't work about the film...

I'll stay in my lovely state of denial, Richard Kelly's only misstep has been the script for Domino, besides that he's 2-2 with features he wrote/directed.
