OK, here goes. He has dark hair, though he's greying it's still predominantely dark. He has a beard, although not always. He's more recognisable with it, I'd say. Hair is curly but sort of looks brushed out - so no ringlets! - quite thick. Don;t think he'll be balding anytime soon.

He's got big eyes, and matching bags, big smile / teeth (though not horsey)... quite a posh / Queen's English accent. Has done some historic stuff, although I'm thinking Robin Hood, I've checked IMDB and can't see that he was in it.

I'm convinced he was in some sort of kids film, where he was a bad guy but pretended not to be, and can picture him being quite condesecending and smiling / grinning... argh... Not a fat man, but he appeared to have a bit of middle age spread yesterday! I'd guess he's in his 50s.

I'm giggling quietly to myself - I have to say I'd never have 'remembered' as I didn't actually know his name it turns out. He was at the pub with a younger attractive woman - and a dog.

OMG you have never seen The Rocky Horror Picture Show, it's a classic! He looked quite a bit younger and thinner in it, LOL.

And Tim Curry played The Grand Wizard in the children's film The Worst Witch. My daughter loved that film and took the video out of the library over and over again.

Yeah, he was the hotel manager in Home Alone 2, and the "dodgy" butler in Clue. Can't say I know him to play many bad guys though
