yeah that's the only way I found to log in was to go to 'register' then when you are logged in there's a tab to 'edit details' there you can see that your are logged in and I think that's where the 'my orders' bit is.
not very user friendly at the moment.

To be fair, I don't think that's much different on seefilmfirst. If I want to change users there I usually have to go via Edit Details before it lets me get tickets on the other reg.

I suppose it's because SFF isn't a site I browse around on, I put in the code and that's it. Never have any need to go in and edit details etc.

In an email I got from them, at the bottom it says:

"Dont have a strop!

Please note whilst the majority of our members are a pleasure to give complimentary tickets to, there are some that think its fine to be abusive and demanding. As we are offering a totally free service and don’t need this attitude, we respectfully suggest that these people go to the theatre or cinema and b*y their own tickets as we will remove senders of abusive stroppy emails from our database. We will no longer respond to rude emails."

Do people really send abusive emails if they don't get a freebie?!

I certainly wouldn't send an abusive e-mail in any circs, but I think it is hypocritical of SFF to imply that the problem is only one way. I am not the only person who has mentioned contacting them but failing to receive a reply, and I'm fairly sure it was because they simply didn't want to answer my question, not because they couldn't.

Yeah, I wouldn't either but as you say, SFF are a pain in the backside most of the time, they only see their point of view and don't want to be helpful if they can avoid it.
