Off for my fourth run of the week today but taking my son the park for a kick around first which is a nice warm up. Any tips on warm down stretches Mr Glass?
You certainly inspired me this morning to get on and do my exercise. I was faffing around yet again browsing the internet looking for a new top to go with a tweed skirt I b*ght a few weeks ago (in other words killing time) and then your post popped up and it certainly made me move my body. I have been up since 7am and just basically being a slob procrastinating instead of doing something so just done my DVD so feel set up for the day
I'm sure that MrG and moviemann will have words of wisdom to pass on.
Menu of the day:
Milkshake with raspberries and a banana (300 calories)
Carrot and coriander as had loads of carrots (I can't waste food it goes against the grain) with a slice of wholemeal bread (I'm guessing about 200 calories). An apple (70 calories)
Vegetable chilli will update what vegetables are in it when it defrosts but will be adding my surplus runner beans from yesterday. Rhubarb which I had frozen a couple of weeks ago with a few of my frozen blackberries with weight watchers custard, I don't add sugar to my rhubarb I just have it as it is. (dessert about 150 calories) will update chilli calories when I see what it is.
What is everyone else doing today including the ones who are being elusive lately?
