How were they done, is the wizardry in the type of camera or the software used afterwards?
Any camera, slightly overlapping shots then software to stitch together (Autopano Giga) and some tweaking to perfect.
Preferred Cinemas :
Richmond, Kingston, West End, Wimbledon, Shepherds Bush, Clapham, Westfield, Fulham

Well, not more of Manchester but this is an example of what you can get if you can find a good vantage point (and your wife doesn't mind spending her hols standing around waiting!)

:giggle: love it! Thanks for sharing and the other ones too!

Great photos from yogi too. Love MrG's account of our two day break. I think MrG's star gazing has warped his general geography knowledge and distances!

Because of the skill and expertise of the FMUK photographers and the suggested location of next years FKUKCON this competition seems tailor made.

To celebrate Homecoming Scotland we're inviting you to upload your 'Scotland themed' pictures to be in with a chance of winning 3 nights stay in Tune Hotel, Haymarket, £150 towards travel and a selection of Sticky9 goodies.

https://www.facebook.com/tunehotelsUK?i ... 6814268540

I'm sure if we all get behind an image we can push the winner over the line!
