Gone upto 31% now!

Didn't see any competitions to win tickets for this either. Hmmm. Wonder why there is so little publicity for this. :|

Hope not. Really looking forward to it too!

My sister's keeper was a great book but I found the film quite a big let down. :(

Wasn't quite sure what to expect from this one as I had not read the book but was bombarded by the trailer 10 times a day on the TV.

Right so it's slushy, confusing and illogical (like when he explains he can go back in time but not change things but then buys a winning lottery ticket?), but I loved it. Was a bit hard to get into all the to-ing and fro-ing in time at first but got used to it and heck, it tugs at your heartstrings at the end! Eric Bana in a constant state of (semi-)nakedness is a nice touch too although it is illogical why he would have to lose his clothes every time. Not complaining though!
Both the OH and I give it an 8/10.

I saw this on Friday, and having read the book, was a little disappointed. The book was so much better really, but that's often the case, isn't it? I think I'll go back and re-read it now that I've seen the film. The moving about in time was confusing at first, but I soon became accustomed to that. The film had a gentle pace, and was extremely well acted. I feel that they did a fairly reasonable job translating a complicated book onto the big screen. Eric Bana was very good in this role - he's had a busy year, hasn't he? 8/10 from me
